The Benelli Montefeltro Semi-Auto Shotgun is crafted to be slim, lightweight, and agile, making it an excellent choice for quick handling in bird hunting scenarios. This shotgun is equipped with Benelli’s reliable Inertia Driven™ system, comprising only three main components: the bolt body, an inertia spring, and a rotating bolt head. Unlike gas-operated shotguns, the Montefeltro’s design doesn’t use gas to cycle the action, ensuring a cleaner mechanism free from smoke and burnt powder residue.

Despite its lightweight construction, the Montefeltro features a robust rotating bolt head with steel locking lugs that create a secure steel-to-steel lock with the barrel, enhancing stability during firing. Benelli utilizes their Crio® System for manufacturing Montefeltro barrels and choke tubes, resulting in a smooth surface that reduces resistance against wads and shot, leading to consistent shot patterns and easier cleaning.

The shotgun is built with a lightweight ventilated rib, a red-bar front sight, and a durable composite stock with a recoil-absorbing pad, making it suitable for challenging weather conditions. Finished in Mossy Oak® Bottomland®, the Montefeltro seamlessly handles 2-3/4″ and 3″ shells without the need for adjustments.
